Evaluate the reliability and responsibility of a provider when you order products on a large scale or when you sign a contract with a new supplier. Before you start working at a company in earnest, try ordering some products on a trial basis. Check the delivery time, accuracy of the quantity, and quality of service. Do they do the same as advertised? Are there any hidden fees or hidden costs?

Contact the vendor to secure the list. Then, take a random sample and call them. Do they have any doubts or other problems with the vendor? Does the vendor respond immediately to questions or complaints?

You will be able to reduce the enormous risk that your business might face a downward spiral through some of the annoying tasks that preceded it. First, see if your vendor is trustworthy. Then, make sure you have a way to go together as a long-term partner.
