당신은 고용주의 전폭적인 신뢰를 받고 있는가?

웹스터 사전(Webster’s Dictionary)은 “faithful”을 다음과 같은 정의한다. “변함없는 관심과 충성/ 충성/ 약속을 단호히 지키는 것 혹은 의무의 준수/ 양심적인” 당신의 업무 수행 모습이 이렇게 묘사될 수 있는가? 매번 일을 끝까지 잘 마치는가? 당신은 믿을 만한 사람인가? 직장 상사와 조직에 충성을 보여주는가? 성실함이 입증되면 고용주와의 신뢰가 쌓인다. 그리고 그 신뢰는 더 큰 책임감과 권위를 가져온다.  아직 스스로 성실함을 입증시키지 못했다면, 옳은 일을 시작하는데 너무 늦은 것은 아니다.  지금 충성심, 한결같음, 근면, 그리고 인내 등의 성품을 발전시켜 보라.  매일 결정을 내릴 때마다 이러한 기준을 적용해 보고, 업무 평가 또한 이 기준에 비추어 평가해 보라. 그렇게 하다 보면 성실함으로 명성을 세울 수 있게 될 것이다.

Webster's Dictionary defines "faithful" as follows. Could this be how you describe your job performance as "constant attention and loyalty/ steadfastness to promises or compliance with obligations/ conscientiousness"? Do you finish your job well every time? Are you a trustworthy person? Do you show loyalty to your boss and organization? Proving sincerity builds trust with your employer. And that trust brings greater responsibility and authority. If you have not yet proved yourself to be sincere, it is not too late to start doing the right thing. Develop your characteristics such as loyalty, consistency, hard work, and perseverance now. Apply these standards every time you make a decision, and evaluate your work against them. That way, you will be able to build a reputation for your sincerity.
