“부서지지 않았으면 고치지 말라”는 옛 속담이 있다. 지금도 지혜로운 격언으로 많은 상황 속에 도움이 되는 말이다. 하지만 어떤 경우에는 “부서지지 않았으면 부셔라”는 말이 더 잘 맞는 상황이 있다. 어떤 대가를 치르고서라도 반드시 타파해야 하는 습관들이 있다. 그것은 사업을 운영하면서 새로운 방식이나 더 나은 방법을 모색하지 않고 같은 자리만 머물려고 하는 습관이다. 당신의 사업의 태도를 점검하면서 시작해 보라. 당신은 정말로 사업이 발전하기를 원하는가? 만약 그렇다면 당신 회사의 제품 공정을 평가해 보고 생산 라인을 검토하여, 한두 가지 개선안을 마련해 보라. 다른 사람들, 특히 상사나 동료에게 물어보고 조언을 받으라. 그리고 그들에게 경청할 준비를 하고 들은 것을 시행에 옮길 준비를 하라. 사업을 끊임없이 발전시켜야겠다는 마인드를 가져라. 그러면 곧 제자리걸음만 하던 사업이 성장할 것이고 향상될 것이다.

As an old saying goes, "If you don't break it, don't fix it." Even now, a wise adage helps you in many situations. However, in some cases, "If you don't break it," is better suited. There are habits that must be broken at all costs. It is a habit of staying in the same position without seeking new ways or better ways while running a business. Start by checking the attitude of your business. Do you really want your business to develop? If so, evaluate your company's production process and review its production lines, come up with a plan or two. Ask others, especially your boss or colleague, for advice. And be prepared to listen to them and put what you have heard into practice. Be mindful that you should keep your business going. Soon your business will grow and improve.
