Do you require all employees to behave with reverence?

우리는 예수 그리스도를 믿는 사람으로서 직장에서 성령에 이끌려 하나님의 10계명을 좇아서 빛 가운데로 나아갈 수 있다. 하지만 예수 그리스도를 믿지 않는 직원들은 어떠할 것인가? 하나님의 법이 만민에게 적용된다는 점을 고려해서, 우리가 성경에 나타난 탁월함과 진실성의 기준을 가지고 그들에게 책임을 지워야 하는가? 우리는 믿지 않는 자들에게 믿는 사람처럼 똑같이 행동하라고 강요할 수 없다. 단지 우리의 직원들이 고객을 대할 때 정직하고 진실한 모습을 보이도록 요구할 수 있다. 그러면 그들은 전문적이고 친절한 성향을 남들에게 보이게 된다. 당신의 기준과 기대치를 모든 직원에게 분명히 알려라. 그러면 아주 좋은 샘플이 될 것이고, 모든 사람이 당신의 원칙에 딱 들어맞게 될 것이다. 모든 직원들이 신실한 태도로 일할 것을 요구하라. 그러면 당신의 사업이 하나님의 축복을 받을 것이다.

As believers of Jesus Christ, we can be guided by the Holy Spirit at work and move forward into the midst of light by following the Ten Commandments of God. But what about the employees who do not believe in Jesus Christ? Considering that the laws of God apply to all citizens, should we hold them accountable with the standards of excellence and integrity shown in the Bible? We cannot force those who do not believe to act the same as those who do. We can only ask our employees to show their honest and genuine behavior when dealing with customers. Then they will show others their professional and kind tendencies. Make your standards and expectations clear to all employees. That will make a very good sample, and everyone will fit your principles. Demand that all employees work in a sincere manner, and your business will be blessed by God.
