Do you place God at the forefront of your business?

성경의 원칙에 따라 경영을 하면 비즈니스는 반드시 성장하고 발전할 수 밖에 없다. 하나님의 말씀을 성실히 비즈니스에 적용하면, 고객은 당신의 정직함과 신회성, 서비스 태도, 기르고 상품의 품질에 매력을 느끼게 될 것이다. 종업원들은 비전, 헌신, 공평, 신실, 자비, 진실, 그리고 그들의 복지에 대한 진심 어린 염려를 보이는 단체의 구성원이 되기를 원한다. 회사 내의 믿지 않는 직원들은 당신의 훌륭한 서비스와 품질 향상의 그 기본 토대를 잘 이해하지 못할 것이다. 그들이 그것들에 관해 당신에게 물을 때, 그들에게 구원의 중요함과 하나님 말씀의 신실성 그리고 말씀을 비즈니스와 삶에 실제적으로 적용하는 것에 대해 보여줄 준비를 해야 한다.  만일 당신의 비지니스를 주님께 드리고 정직함으로 걸어가면, 고객은 당신의 문 앞에 양 떼같이 몰려들 것이고, 직원들은 충성스럽고 진실되게 머물게 될 것 이다. 이와 함께 당신의 기업은 공의와 호의 안에서 자라나게 될 것이다.

When you manage according to biblical principles, your business cannot help but grow and prosper. If you faithfully apply God’s Word to your business, customers will be drawn to your honesty, integrity, service attitude, and the quality of your products. Employees will want to be part of an organization that demonstrates vision, dedication, fairness, faithfulness, compassion, truthfulness, and genuine care for their well-being.

Unbelieving employees within the company may not fully understand the foundation of your excellent service and commitment to quality. When they ask about it, you should be ready to show them the importance of salvation, the faithfulness of God’s Word, and how it can be practically applied to both business and life.

If you dedicate your business to the Lord and walk in honesty, customers will flock to your doors like sheep, and employees will remain loyal and true. In this way, your business will grow in righteousness and favor.
