Are you focused and controlled in leadership?

물은 좋은 일에든 나쁜 일에든 아주 강력한 힘을 발휘할 수 있다. 적절하게 이용하면 막대한 힘을 낼 수 있고, 엄청난 양의 화물들을 물길을 통해 하류로 운송시킬 수도 있다. 그러나 물이 한번 범람했다 하면 사방으로 마구 흘러 넘쳐서 파괴 하는 성질이 있다. 사업의 리더들도 마찬가지다. 그들의 힘이 적절히 관리되는 한 그들은 정말 좋은 혜택을 회사에 가져다 주지만, 반면 통제에서 벗어났을 때는 문제가 터진다. 당신의 회사가 오늘날 긍정적인 차별성을 가지기 원한다면, 잠시 앉아서 어느 물길로 당신의 모든 노력을 실어 나르는 것이 좋을지 생각해 보라. 당신의 에너지와 업무를 그곳에다 집중하라. 당신을 최종 목표로부터 멀어지게 할지 모르는 모든 파도와 조수에 반응하지 말고, 대신 당신의 최종목표를 향해 직선으로 전진하라.

Water has great power, whether it's good or bad. When used properly, it can generate enormous power and transport huge amounts of cargo downstream by water channel. However, once water overflows, it has the property of overflowing and destroying it in all directions. The same goes for business leaders. As long as their power is properly managed, they bring great benefits to the company, but problems arise when they are out of control. If your company wants to be a positive difference today, take a moment and think about which waterway to carry all of your efforts. Concentrate your energy and work there. Instead of reacting to all the waves and tides that may drive you away from your ultimate goal, move forward in a straight line toward your ultimate goal.
