A leader, especially a business owner or CEO, will feel isolated when he or she does not have a peer around him to give advice. Not everyone has the experience or qualification to give advice to CEOs. Qualified counselors, even if rare, must be there. Ask other business owners to find someone who can challenge you and develop a sense of business. Exchange the mutual benefits by providing the expertise you have. Share the important issues and decisions of your business and seek advice. When he or she has become a friend, listen carefully and try to follow the advice. Do not dismiss his creative ideas or disparage his constructive insight. When you seek wise advice for the success of your business, you will not be isolated on the battlefield.
